Lot of people saying Yugi was a clear winner in the comments, so I'll elaborate on some of Ash's harder disses

Ash –
"I've been the star for generations 'cause I train hard, your show ended sending you to the graveyard"

The era of Yugioh that featured Yugi and Atem ended with Atem returning to his time in history via his gravesite

"You're all talk, you claim to wield the power of the gods, but couldn't get Téa to wield your millennium rod"

In Yugioh there are 7 ancient artifacts called the millennium items. One of these items is the millennium rod, which appears on screen as the verse is said. It belongs to Marik, an anime arc villain from Yugioh that had the ability to control people (the good side of him at least. He also had a split personality like Yugi) and Téa was one of his main victims of this

"Even when you rip me off, you don't have the balls, Yug, so pass the baton to…*atem* it's your move"

Yug was a common nickname of Yugi and Atem is the name of the Yugi that duels, Yami Yugi

"Your time's over, you bi-polar high roller, hit the road or give Yami back the controller"

Bi-Polar is another split personality diss, the high roller is kind of a double meaning because in the original manga Yugi played extremely deadly games that weren't Yugioh, plus he partakes in many high risk high reward duels in the show and so would be a high roller. Could also be a height joke. Yugi and Yami/Atem in certain duels were infamous for constantly swapping back and forth between their personalities and in one duel Yugi insisted on letting himself duel, hence the diss to give the controller back to Yami

"Yugi's got the driest style in all of Egypt, your friends' souls get captured 'cause your raps are cofagrigus"

Wow this line. The "driest style in all of Egypt" line is referencing the desert that Egypt resides in and all the sand. The cofagrigus line is particularly great, cause it's both dissing Yugi's raps as well as referencing a Pokemon and dissing Yugi's slip ups in the process? Ouch

"You've earned a false prophet at the cost of my fame, forget MissingNo., your tomb will be missing name"

The False Prophet line is sort of a double meaning, like the fact that Yugi wasn't a part of Atem's prophecy as well as being the name of a chapter in the original manga where Yugi exposed a fraud psychic and Atem's tomb didn't contain his real name and so was forgotten to history

Yugi had some great disses, but people are underplaying Ash here as well

Yugi had way better burns, but overall flow was certainly Ash, winners up in the air honestly.
