Backstreet boooooys yeah
Mitici anni 90 !!!!
?????
My childhood memories, 90s was the best Like Music, Fashion, Movies, Friends ( TV show ), bright colour , salsa , romantic, love letter, and many more
What about Brian Adams and Everything I do? It spent 16 weeks at number 1 in the UK. BoysIIMen and Miria didn’t feature to the best of my knowledge. What about Steps as well as S Club 7 as well.
Britney.. ❤❤❤
Sporty Spice
Where is MJ?
Nsync?????? Christina??????? HELLLOOOOOO?????!!!!!!!!
Any Mariah song could be on this list because Mariah is the Queen!!!! But that would have to be #1 on the list! All hail thee one, thee only Mariah Carey!!! The greatest to ever do it!!!!
I’m so glad I grew up in the nineties…
I guess I'm not the only one that loves music from '97.
Baby one more time and believe is the best
I politely want to disagree with your list…
I love this type of song, funny because I was born on 2001
10. For 30 years I thought Faith Hill sang how do I live. Oh well it's country it's not good.
9. Barbie Girl was always terrible
8. Toni brought it on this song.
7. Spice Girls was one of those things that got annoying in the 90s but you can kind of look back on it
fondly
6. These guys could sing pretty good for a boy band.
5. As far as singing ability Boyz II Men is probably the best of the 90s. This song was played at all the funerals that didn't play crossroads.
4. Vogue is just a poor ripoff of ballroom culture. Madonna is probably one of the most overrated singers ever.
3. I don't know what is more overhyped this song or the movie.
2. This is a great song, but it created a generation of girls trying to hit notes they never will hit when they tried to sing
1. Baby one more time is terrible. It's not the best Britney song. It's really bad.
Noticeably missing: The songs off the Dangerous album, Brandy's sitting up in my room, and Waterfalls by TLC.
So sad the radio overplayed a lot of these songs making me not like them anymore cause at one time I enjoyed all of these songs (I'm an old sole) but now I don't like almost all of these songs thanks to the radio (also thanks for mentioning living la vida loca) that is one of my favorites)
So, there was this extremely popular alternative station in Dallas, which would play requests at night. Even though it was bubble gum pop, people would request this song. At one point, so many people requested it that the DJ played it for an hour and 14 minutes, over and over. She almost got fired, but it resulted in a lot of positive PR. I certainly didn’t care to listen to that station, but did soon after I heard, and sure enough, one day later it was requested, and she played it. Her name was Michelle (last name I don’t know) and I am pretty sure she is (or was) one of the DJs on the 90s Sirius Xm station.
Right on! Super cool ?.ℹ️?✅❤️????☯️?
Sure I read some where that Zig a zig ah is smoke a cigar
Am I the only one who wishes that they grew up in the 80s or 90s
Some thoughts on the list: 1, it's criminal that End of the Road isn't on this list. 2, LeAnn Rimes was 15 when her version of How DO I Live was recorded and released. It was said at the time that the movie studio wanted a more mature voice on How Do I Live which is why Trisha Yearwood recorded her version for the movie. 3, Hanson sucks and doesn't even deserve an honorable mention. 4, How does the Macarena not even get a honorable mention.
I miss the 90s
I am constantly amazed at how popular Whitney’s rendition of “I will always love you” became. I hated her version of it. It actually ruined the movie “The Bodyguard”, for me, and I had been looking forward to the movie and Whitney singing one of Dolly’s songs back then. Still loved most of Whitney’s music, but I absolutely hated her version of that song, and have not watched the movie since it’s release…
Michael Jackson's Jam
Everything I do by Bryan Adams????
What about Hanson’s mmmbop? That should be number one
Spice girls never reached this popularity again? Are you stupid?

90's are the last decade worthy.

I was going to say if Baby One More Time isn't number 1 I'm going to freak TF out!! Lol good thing I don't have to do that haha
Where’s what is love by haddaway
90.s last great decade of music before social media and covid 19.
I’m surprised *NSYNC Bye Bye Bye is not on here. I would have chose that over Barbie Girl
I love aqua Barbie Girl
Until now I still prefer to listen to the 90s. I don’t even know what songs there are at this time..90s forever!
I have a music box that plays “My Heart Will Go On” it was a present for my high school graduation
The Spice Girls’ performance at the London 2012 closing ceremony was awesome. They sang Wannabe and Spice Up Your Life it was fun!
So, I like the list, but the commentator sounds way too judgemental.
Questionable clothing choices? Have you séén young adults these days? Thats more questionable….
Barbiegirl is still one of the best of the '90s! And yes, its still on my Spotify list 😉
Michael Jackson's Black or White and You Are Not Alone should have made the list
