I do what the third one was doing..alot of cardio and changed my way of eating. Example: instead of eating wings..i would eat a piece of chicken breast with mustard, garlic and lime cooked in oven..no salt. And white rice and broccoli…boiled eggs are great every morning and a shake made with almond milk, 1 banana, and a lil bit of oats and blue berries, no sugar. And for diner checken breast soup…and during the day drink 8 cups of waem water with slice of lime in it…you will see the difference….the food dont have to be the same as mines but you know what i am talking about. Stop all spaghetti ,lasagna, breads, tortillas, sweets and salty stuff…do it for you..Love yourself and love your body. Your body deserves better care so that it can give to you the happiness you deserve.
I'm 17 and I'm 40 kg my coach called me fat. Imagine if you're an oversized women how much criticism you'd get. Men get nothing smh even if their fat they'd still call you fat.

Watching this make me cry, seeing people pushing through even sometimes it’s sounds impossible.
So I was 74 kgs now I'm 61 kg but I don't want to stop at 61 because I want it to reduce it to 50 kg and yeahh I want you to tell you that I did this all at home after my parents didn't approve me to go to gym and work on my weight
