So you need a keyboard and that whatever machine's called to change the dynamics to make it work ? He's showing the sounds not not what it needed to make the thing work.
Out of sheer curiosity, could you use a Korg Kronos as the keyboard instead of the LMK4? Also, what is his setup? He's got the controller keyboard going into a midi interface (I'm assuming), then into the computer?
what an amazing job you guys did on this, very cool.
Albion one is on sale right now for a STEAL, my question is, has anyone used Albion for music other than film scores? I Imagine it would be great for orchestral accompaniment to any music style but I am curious if I should look somewhere else. I already own Komplete Ultimate 12 and to be honest I'm not in love with their orchestral libraries.
THAT IS AMAZING
Hi Paul, why do you not offer a subscription service, I think you find you increase your customer penetration if you did?
I don't get it. There are no split sounds in this library? Is it always 'strings'? There is no cello, viola, violin, doublebass, etc? Same with the brasses? I mean, a trumpet and a horn are completely different sounds.
OK, seriously, do I really need to buy that sliders hardware console to control dynamics on multiple instruments simultaneously? … I can add dynamics to instruments in each track using just the mod wheel. I think it's more useful in live gigs but not in a studio. I feel it's a bit of luxury in a studio when my MIDI keyboard can handle lots of dynamics.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
I know it's off topic too … but who needs an 88 weighted key MIDI keyboard?
What controller are you using to do the fades in and out?
Sorry but I can barely feel any legato in the strings. In the brass section a bit better although
I’m newbie one inside … ?
Can you get separate instruments/instrument sections? I see that it says high, mid, lows strings. But is that separate sections for violins, violas, cellos and double bass? Or a combined section of high instruments and mid instruments? Also, does this come free with Kontakt?
How can you get the music sheet if you Compose with premade mixes of instruments?
Can someone tell me what that panel is that he's using?
I'm completely new to this. What is it and what does it do? I see all composers using a similar thing on Spitfire's tutorial videos.
Is Albion One an ensemble library in the sense that it's only combined patches? Or are all the instruments also available as separate instruments?
Awesome product …….. that beard hair though 🙂
Does this work with Logic Pro X?
Is there no way of using only flutes, or only trombones, or only cellos???
sry havent watched the whole video
55 GB ?
That controller is the bomb!
Very informative. What daw controller you using.
Absolutly stunning! Just got the library! Can't wait to make my first track with it! Played arround a while with it. And its amazing!
How do I get to the 'All combination' section or is it self made? Can't find it in my libary. Everything else is there
Can somebody share what the midi console on the top is ?

"british" orchestral sound?
I wish your library was recorded dry. I can't quite mix it with my VSL library without having to try to match your reverb tails. Not a huge deal breaker but I still haven't pulled the trigger because of that.
'm having a problem with a M Audio Key station 88 keyboard causing lags, no sound except on key release, or switching of patches on its own with Albion One legato patches. It happens with Digital Performer 10 and also Garage Band. The patches play with no problems with the virtual Kontakt player keyboard, but the minute the controller is used there are problems. This doesn't happen with another Roland keyboard I have (D-70) and it doesn't happen with any of the other Albion patches besides the legato group.
Whats the trick to playing those legato? When I try I get a combination of legatos and choppy. You have to play two notes at a time??
Does anybody want to buy a Hammond XB-1 organ for £200? I need to sell it in 5 days while Albion One is half price hahahahaha no seriously please buy it I need Albion
Why is Zach Galafianakis trying to sell me software?
ostinatum still sounds generic and crappy – look how action strings from NI and the orchestra from best service handle it – they sound amazing.
