I got my Spin Gym today!!! I was so excited I almost cried because for the first time EVER, I didn't feel stressed out or overwhelmed by a piece of exercise equipment. It's actually fun!

I still love my SpinGym, keep it in my bathroom and play every morning. It is definitely part of my "Emerging thru Movement" program. Whatever works, find something you like to do and do it!
