I love this workout as I am so out of shape. I started on 8-21-20 and could only do 4:18 of it. today I am able to do the whole thing. my next goal is some impact but not sure I am ready as I am still

Day before yesterday I made it till 15 mins with break. Today to worked out for 20 mins without any breaks. I usually hate doing any form of exercise but I've got to say I've started to really like it. Thank you Body Project ?

I woke up early this morning and didn't have the energy for my tougher workouts, so glad I found this. I love his energy. It was just enough cardio to burn some calories and sweat but not too crazy or exhausting. Great way to start the day!

I am SO HAPPY to read all the comments of folks who did this, even some of this. That's AWESOME!
I started this one and quickly, with great joy, realized I'm a bit 'beyond' this now and to do this would be a bit lazy on my part, I wouldn't be pushing myself appropriately….but NO, that's not true.
I added weights as suggested for more of a challenge (2 lbs each hand) and worked into the break a bit most times. I am pleased to report I was a huffing, puffing, sweaty mess by the end. Mission accomplished- I got a good workout in today at just the right level of 'push' for me!
A great reminder that workouts are what YOU make of them and the onus is on you to modify up or down as appropriate for yourself, and there is NO SHAME in it. EVER.

Made it halfway for my first try! Update: I decided to finish the second half!!!
10/1/20 Update: I did this workout the full way through! I’ve been combining this workout with walking at a moderate pace for at least one mile per day.
10/3/20 update: this is my third day doing this all the way through!
Great cardio class!! With those words and support it's much easier!

Thank you so much for a great workout! One thing you said will be very helpful to me. I fight depression and it’s frequently hard to find the motivation to workout. You said how grateful you are to be able to workout. I’m going to incorporate that into my inner dialogue. And, as always, progress before perfection.
