I'm not sure why the jumbo imp is not on the same par as the Mages mana elemental, because I've seen them play both on Turn 6 plenty of times and I think the hand restriction kind of kills the card.

the draw rate on the big immp is TERRIBLE. try to make it viable you wont be able to. The algorithm makes sure you dont draw that card consistently. If you drew that consistently early it would dominate. Try it for yourself. Put it in a deck and watch how often you draw it early game compared to late. Its almost never early when you build your deck around it.

There's one thing i'd change about Jumbo Imp to make it good: Make it so whenever a minion dies, it's the cost is reduced. period. No condition about it being in your hand.
