I was born & bred in the states but my parents came from the D.R. so I was fortunate to be raised with Twice the hip-hop content of my Yankee black and Yankee white peers. I eventually dig into non-DR Latin (like Venezuela) and non-DR Caribbean (like Haiti) Rap. Rap & Hip-Hop truly is endless and I love it for it!

Murs, regarding all the elements of hip hop; when it comes to Africa I think Ghana holds it down than any other country in Africa. Honourable mentions are South Africa and Nigeria. I am probably biased but that is just my opinion.
