This band was a great fit with Krusen, that’s why Ten was a pure masterpiece. Then they were a great fit with Abbruzesse, he made the band more cool, his style of drumming reflected more of a new sound. That’s why the ‘Breath’ demo (with Krusen) doesn’t sound as good or complete opposed to the official ‘Breath’ by Pearl Jam. But Even Flow with Krusen sounds better than the video version with Abbruzesse. Though Ten and Nevermind came out the same year I would say Vs. relates more to Nevermind, it was the new angsty grunge type of sound. All only my opinion

Yes, he is, and hope he can still sing this live in 2040 <3 and I hope I won't die before seeing them playing live, since I could never see any of the other grunge bands before their lead singer died 🙁

Honestly Eddie Vedder is very shy when he first started performing he would do it in these wild big blacked out kind of work glasses that he made for himself so that he didn't have as much trouble on stage but he's an amazing voice however I have to agree with whoever said Cornell's voice blows it out of the water I mean four octaves like the dude said that is something amazing and his voice is just haunting and beautiful but that doesn't mean Eddie doesn't have talent in his own right I love all these guys I'm glad Eddie is still around but I hate the fact that we lost Kurt and Layne and first and foremost Andy Wood now I will say that Mother Love Bone was semi glam-rock but it was the beginning of the inspiration for grunge and the music they ended up creating was always amazing. I also just love the genre for how real the artists always were n not total sellouts. I am also so gratefu Anthonny Kiedis is alive now that he is clean as well as Candlebox when they so get together n play but ther all alive and not saying RHCPis grunge just another great artist we shoulda lost and honestly, out of them all, I am REALLY surprised Mr new wave Perry Farrell is still around!!! I mean I didnt expect it not rhos.long sad but he is crazy with drugs n shit man unless something had changed, correct me if I'm wrong.lol sigh only the good die Young? Well that sucks big dicks that's what I say…??✌????

Man I love Pearl Jams and Nirvanas unplugged, both 2 completely different sets but both amazing

Pearl Jam gives me a hanging out with friends having a good time playing music vibe meanwhile Nirvanas was more like a concert

      Son, she said
Have I got a little story for you
What you thought was your daddy
      Was nothin' but a

      While you were sittin'
      Home alone at age thirteen
      Your real daddy was dyin'
      Sorry you didn't see him
      But I'm glad we talked

Oh, I, oh, I'm still alive
Hey, I, oh, I'm still alive
Hey, I, oh, I'm still alive, hey, oh

      While she walks slowly
      Across a young man's room
She said I'm ready, for you
      Why I can't remember anything
      To this very day
      'Cept the look, the look
      Oh, you know where
      Now I can't see, I just stare

      I, I'm still alive
Hey, I, oh, I'm still alive
Hey, I, oh, I'm still alive
Hey, I, oh, I'm still alive, yeah

      Is something wrong?
      She said
      Of course there is
      You're still alive
      She said
Oh, do I deserve to be?
      Is that the question?
      And if so, if so
      Who answers?
      Who answers?

      I, oh, I'm still alive
Hey, I, oh, I'm still alive
Hey, I, oh, I'm still alive
      Hey, I
      Oh, I'm still alive
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

Oh, yeah oh, ooh oh, yeah, oh
      Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

While Nirvana is my favorite band of ever and probably always will be. Kurt's voice and his harmonies to me are just amazing and I'd have to say that Alice N' Chains are my 2nd favorite band from the grunge bands. Pearl Jam are an amazing band too, they write really bad ass riffs their debut album to me is their best. I mean, those dudes from the very first practice were in sync with one another. They had instant chemistry and their debut album shows that. Eddie to me though is a really really good lyricist, he writes with such honesty and with heart. Couple that with his amazing ear for harmony over some really amazing riffs by the band that in my opinion as a singer and songwriter aren't easy riffs to come up with good harmonies let alone amazing ones. The man is just a genius and he's a humble one at that. Pearl Jam may not be my favorite band and I may like a couple other bands more then P.J. they're still one of the best bands of all time and Eddie is one of the best singer and lyricists of all time.
