Am I the only one to think that the girlfriend wasn't just saying she wanted her bf to look good, but that she could tell there was something wrong and wanted him to look into it for his own sake? Like if my nose pushed flat to my face and had been through a fucked-up surgery, I wouldn't be insulted if someone said "Hey, you should go to a surgeon or something."
