In order for the buildings to collapse you have to destroy a certain amount because it won't let you destroy a big amount at a time, so you can't collapse it when there is a large amount of voxels left, also for some of the small parts of the buildings you have to detach it. So the physics don't necessarily apply to buildings.

You can get unlimited bombs all you have to do is get them and then go to the games code and go to bombs and make it as much as you want I made mine 1500
