Kenny is a damn good drummer. It's sad that people just won't let him out of Keith's shadow. Moon will always be the irreplaceable drummer of The Who, but Kenny is a damn solid drummer.

I don't know how many times I saw this one on MTV back in the day, but here it is, 2020, and I'm noticing for the first time at 0:49 that Kenney Jones has a Debbie Harry pin on his jacket.
Kenny Jones is one of my favorite drummers but he was not a good fit for The Who. No one is. Keith was different. He can't be replaced. You could put any other drummer with The Who and it wouldn't work. Still though the last two albums were pretty damn good.
…And Kenny Jones takes home the "Shemp Howard Award" for the thankless task of having-to-replace-an-irreplacible-performer!
