Why does the more expensive one always sound better
I'm gonna receive some flack for this… here goes… I've made identical pedal circuits with the new surface mount stuff and with the old school "through hole parts," and there is a difference in the way that they behave and sound… give me the large pedal with the old school parts… and you can keep the tiny little pedals with the graphics that don't contribute to the sound at all… plain grey/gray steel harbors the tone… that is all…
What ever happened to the Octavia????
I think the octavian sounds more wicked and stronger
