Thing is I feel like Sam really needed help. The way she acts on things is because of the things she’s dealt with over the years given her mom didn’t give a shit about her, only her “perfect” twin sister Melanie. Her father also left them. The girl is just a ticking time Bomb I don’t think the way she acts is truly how she feels if you see the way she talks to Carly when they are being serious she’s completely different. ANDDD in my opinion Freddie would be the one I worry about, he’s grown up with a crazy mother. Yes she loves him, wayy too much. But after some time that’d become too much for him. The idea of being the “perfect” child can get stuck in your head and could go either left or right. Freddie and Marissa throw off Dee Dee and Gypsy Rose Blanchard vibes

This relationship felt so toxic tho…didn’t it only last one week??? It’s worrying what is taught to kids when one partner in a relationship is just…abusive and it’s played off as laughs most of the time.

Sam was abusive to Freddie for years which really made me wonder why he would get into a relationship with his abuser to begin with. Then sam continued to abuse Freddie throughout their relationship.

Like geez why are so many nick couples like this: jade and beck too. Violent and so many unhealthy issues

In my opinion, Freddie's mother needs to stay out of his lovelife and get a man of her own.

Both Creddie and Seddie were very toxic. Freddie stalked Carly for years and when she finally showed any interest in him, it was because he saved her life. And even after he broke up with her, he STILL pined ever her even though she let him know multiple times she wasn’t interested….and Sam was just way too mean and abusive.

It isn't a matter of rather or not they are good for each other, but more of- is it realistic that they even dated in the first place? TV shows are allowed to exhibit relationships that are toxic and don't work that well, but the important thing is that it doesn't feel force-fed to the audience.. which is what I think happened in this case. I don't think TV shows should feed into the stigma that opposite-sex friendships cannot last and that they have to end up dating, but I still think that Carly and Freddie made a whole lot more sense than Sam and Freddie. I'm not a writer on the show so I can't say for sure, but Sam's constant bullying against Freddie didn't come off as flirtatious. She comes from a bad home and a bad parent, and I think Freddie was just her punching bag to relieve stress from the constant fights and arguments with her mom.. and the same can be said about Gibby too. Though it can be argued that them kissing (which made sense actually) did give them a sense of unfamiliar feelings, which they mistook for love.

Bottom line, I think that both episodes- the one where Freddie and Sam kiss and the other one where Freddie gets in an accident and kisses Carly, they both were stunts to get more viewers. I remember vividly when the trailers for those episodes aired on Nick and everyone at school would constantly talk about them and anticipate the weekend to come around so that they could watch it.

I thought Seddie were good together but no… they are better as friends.

I want a Spencer one my favorite character. He's a child at heart he's adorable.
