That beginning scene when the boy is drowning and the man is just watching, that’s how my life feels. It feels like I’m drowning, and nobody’s helping. All my friends that I’ve told my problems to, they put theirs before mine. I’m broken and numb and I’ve told them that! Yet they still think their problems are worse. And once the man realizes the boy is gone, then he feels bad for what he did. Is that how life is always gonna be? Cuz I’ve been fighting this for 4 years and it just gets harder and harder! It got better for a year. I was so proud. But then, I slowly started going back into that state. And I can’t get out again.
