Went to RR in the Spokane valley for my sons Bday, party of 20, called hours before to let them know, showed up 45 min early to reserve table, came on time, receptionist was rude and had no idea a group of 20 was coming, manager came out and said it would be a few min and that the tables were being prepared, 10 min passes so I walk through to see where there sitting us, no tables are ready, only one or two 4 tops open not close to eachother, manager and hostess got more rude when we asked for an update, so we went to Buffalo Wild Wings, got seated immediately and they gave us two free apps when they heard about RR horrible service, in conclusion fuck Red Robin
