I hate when they read half quotes. He was in a low point in life and crippled with debt. He met Mariah who was also at a low point after just splitting from Nick. He said she was one the kindest and brightest people he had met. She helped secure a lot of of business deals in Asia to get him out of debt and that is why she was paid out the “inconvenience fee” when they split. It was not an inconvenience fee as the media dubbed it but her share of the profits from the deals.
