OMG Ebro!!! PLEASE do your homework and real groundwork before you accuse Carson or politicians on the black inner city housing situation!! I'll give past politicians some of the blame, BUT much more blame goes to the inner city people themselves!! It's a culture bad cycle! You need to truly talk with the people there, and get a real honest feel for where the problem/blame lies. There's no way to educate yourself by only looking at stats or reports. You have to talk to big portions of those communities, and then you will see it's an entitlement way of thinking rather than a "looking to work hard to better myself" way of thinking! Babies are growing up to be replicas of their parents and community. Decades ago it wasn't like this. Back then black ppl brought their kids up together and took them to church. They didn't fill the prisons up. They were much better off than they are now due to many years of being ploys for the Dems votes and support!
