It is because of audience taste in kerala. We don't accept our heroes doing non gravity fights and unwanted songs, if they do they will be trolled. Especially now a days tollywood heroes like balakrishna, pawan kalyan are getting trolled by mallus because of their non logic cinimas. Also the behaviour of mallu actors are very good. As an example when ayyappanum koshiyum is made pritwiraj didn't feel any ego because of overshadow of biju menons role over him who is a low teir actor as compared to pritwi. But when this movie was decided to remake in telugu pawan kalyan is chosen to play the role of bijumenon (ayyappan) and he said that the movie should be made as a single star movie which means koshi character should not give equal importance. This is because he has to overshow in the film and this will kill the purity of original film.
