Just doesn't do it for me on acoustic, having seen AIC in the early 90s a few times. Would was their nastiest, most head banging barn burner of a song live bar none. It sounds anemic without Cantrell stomping on the pedal and Marshall growl helping to drive Layne's wailing in the chorus.
