It’s only outta line cause it wasn’t necessary if he wants to go that route then so be it but people have the right to be outraged by it because it wasn’t necessary to speak in that dead mans name in that light

People that took the bar as disrespectful only heard Mac Miller's name but didn't listen to the verse as a whole to get the point he made

I hear him, I think him standing behind utilizing someone who was present in the game, played a role and was a recent and relative figure in the industry – and reminded people that they are human too as they can be effected, it’s understandable but for sure a touchy situation to talk about and honestly could’ve been avoided but would people have cared about the bar if he didn’t say the name? it’s hard to call it wrong or right, it’s freedom of speech.

“If it was a problem Q would’ve said somethin” STFU…if it was a problem YOU would’ve said something. give af about what somebody else think. Reason why it was screwed up is because what he said won’t change nothin in the culture…it never does. So why bring his name up..clown stunt form a clown ??‍♂️

All the "Mac Miller" fans that think this is disrespectful CLEARLY never heard a Mac Miller song. More specifically a "Faces" song. He literally says "I'll probably die of an overdose of some sort" in the song San Francisco, talks about how corrupt the music industry is on multiple occasions and switched his style od making music because he thought he was surrounded by people that was only gonna tell him his music was dope. If anything, Reason just saying in one song all the things Mac Miller said in multiple ones. Plus it's rap, he shouldn't care about catering to yall feelings anyway lmao bunch of goofballs

I love mac, i have a tattoo of his face in my arm, i think reason didnt mean to disrespected him, drug addiction in the music industry its a real problem and people like him or denzel curry in clout cobain are trying to do something about it. i wish that malcolm could still be here, even to this day i cant wrap my head bout what happened, imagine how his family could feel, he was one of the greatest, and like all the people who knew him said, he was a really good and sweet person.

Man we know with white rappers they have a huge over bearing community of stans who are outraged whenever a black artist mentions them in any way that may seem less than favorable , let’s be honest. I respect Mac RIP but the truth is the truth.

Sometimes the truth hurts, doesn't make the shit "offensive". Mac Miller OD'd- that's a fact. Pretending like it didn't happen won't change anything, but using tragedy to draw awareness to a problem may help push change and save someone's life. I see nothing wrong with this

People are too sensitive they can’t take using someone who had so much potential and life to live like Mac as an example that nobody is safe from the inevitability that drugs kill. Rip Mac
