Regarding the Dr, the only mask that would be affective in her environment at that time would be a fitted n95 (if they had the knowledge at the time that those were needed.) Your average surgical mask or cloth mask still pulls air from around the mask where it's not fitted which exposes you. Masks are really for stopping your air droplets from become more airborne.
No wonder the States can't control the spread! The doctor is not taking any precautions because they are celebrities or he has to be on TV!? Ridiculous!
