Dude if you’re rating the fun here for real, you should try double Psy Sanji on a Random clash/new story chapter and reach 30x chain boost. This is more fun then peak optc.
There are many fun ones, but the ones that stick out to me that I find extra fun to use are:
Enel – All around fun and is also one of my favorite OP characters! Wish he'd come back into the story… Franky – Giant mecha general Franky.. I mean come on. G4V2 – Unique with the meat mechanic. I even considered not super evolving him because I liked the unit so much… good thing I got a dupe! Carrot Germa – Power Rangers! 😀 Sugar Blackbeard – Crazy strong and looks great Kidd – Just pulled him yesterday actually. The bombs seem like a fun mechanic! Big Mom V1 – Unpopular opinion. I really like her. Bullet – Okay. So this is my favorite unit. I always use this guy. His awakened form is cool and all, but listen, his 5* would be so much more badass. Please Bandai, give me a strong Bullet unit in his human form 🙁 I wish I get a dupe of him JUST so I can play through stuff in his 5*… Satisfying animations, looks so effing cool… pls 🙁
Kaido… Too easy with the end of turn damage. I can just go AFK and let him do his thing. Nah.
to me the most fun Leader to use has to be Eneru. I understand that it can get pretty stally to get to the top of his special value but idk, it's just really fun. I'm also kinda biaised towards Eneru since it's my #1 character in all of One Piece but when he first came out he was just sooo much fun and that didn't change at all through my eyes. Unfortunately, NAO exists now and bosses nowadays have like 30M+ HP but whenever I get the chance, I use him.
PS: I also have a lot of fun with the team's RCV because despite the loss in HP, I see him as a "as long as you don't get one shot, you win" kinda captain

Seemed like a cool video concept but a lot of the earlier units getting dumpstered in the bottom two tiers right away kinda soured me. Was the point the most fun right now, what units have the most fun mechanics, or what units were the most fun at the time that you used to use them? Might just be differing expectations.
Toad my bro, literally gambled my last 50 gems and came out with Kozuki Oden, The sweet 3 and Super Type Kidd OMG. To sweet ? One of the best multis I've ever had for sure. Thank you Bandai ?
I feel like this tier list should have ranked the units after how much fun their mechanics are or how much fun they were at their time of release. Of course 3D2Y Luffy isn't fun NOW because it would take ages to clear content with him, if even possible because of powercreep. For me peak optc are units with unique effects like v2G4. The gear mechanic is just really fun and I hope captain actions get more love in the future
My top 5 is probably: Kaido Roger V4 law V2 snakeman Then it's between shanks crew and believe it or not luffy/sanji cause of all the utility it saves so much time and I don't even have them Noticeable mention: mihawk perona for the horo effect reducing enemy's attack and defense

To me Magellan and Brook arre the definition of Legends that are fun but not very good. I would've put them higher still.
My most fun legend was definitely kaido. At the time he came out i was just clearing every forest and every content without NAO.

I really wish they would've boosted Enel's captain ability with his LB+. Put the damage output at like 10 million.
