Lord? Nah !! ….. Jamar envy just envy.
Should be LAW for EVERYONE that comes along and financially capitalizes off HipHop in any form should know it’s roots.
I hate when a young-in hears a new song and says “Whoa! He copied that sample or remake from….”.
But that simple or song was done by 8 other artists prior.
Paul C?
Τhe fact that were were no white people around when hiphop was given birth(which is completely true) and the fact that in the early days of hiphop in the USA the audience and the hiphop activists were mostly blacks…doesnt mean that there cant be white people that like, love hiphop or that can become better mc's or writers or whatever than their black counterparts.Because hiphop is about being skilled and about being competitive no matter, race, religion, social class. And dont forget that when the pioneers started touring around the globe, non blakcs started doing things in their countries,so there you had since the mid 80's white rappers, white writers white bboys in Europe for example. So hell yeah hiphop is an original black thing and culture, but i cant accept that there will be racial segregation even in hiphop
Knowledge is king IF you know what you are talking about!
Then you are a fool…… Because you are a legend don't mean that you're right! I don't care if you are a legend, If you're lying then you're lying!
A black person saying white people are guests to the house of hip hop is offensive but an Italian saying non-Italians are guests to the house of pizza isn't, but it's the same thing, except the rap statement should be even less offensive for all kinds of socio-historical reasons. If I was a chef and I moved to Paris, I would see myself as a guest there gastronomically speaking, and I would respect their art. I make food related analogies cause I like food.
In they seen a white dude it was probably MR Freeze from rocksteady crew he from the Bx
Legit piece of shit ?
Kool Moe Dee Yeeesssss.
So what the heck is this? https://youtu.be/xEb2T-KXeEk My daughter showed me this chap!!
Harlem finest Moe Dee was super lyricist he had to dumb down his raps FACTS
Fkg toothpic
Vlad your a shit stirrer
I am white, and yes … black people created hiphop in general. Wheres the problem? I love rap since I was 10. They didnt created hiphop for black people!!! They created it to have fun! To talk about problems! To dance! And these things are for everybody! If they say its only for black people, then give your money back that you earned from all the white kids buying your album. HipHop has a tradition and I stick to it. The problem is!!!!!!!! These music company bosses are ALL white!!!!! And they dont gibe a fuck about the culture BUT not because they white, because they dont have love for it, they have only love for money! But yes black people in general was the foundation! I respekt it as a guest, but what about all the black new rappers? They creat new rules in the house of hiphop but to me there are also guests. Like caz said …everybody is a guest after the foundation. You need to ask your dad, if you want to change the house. Simple as that. Its about rich and poor! We all have one heart one love and bleed red blood! peace
One of Caz' biggest influences is Barry Manilow, Whitest white man, it was about progression not ownership,
It's a black art using white technology, respect it and celebrate it, Life's too short to debate this shit.
Prince whippa whip and Ruby Dee
What’s exactly wrong with being a guest. We know who created hip hop and who it was for, these people are the owners (fact). Why are the guest mad about being called guest.
SPANISH PEOPLE IN HIP-HOP EARLY INCEPTION! RUBY D.! FANTASTIC 5, CHARLIE CHASE! COLD CRUSH! TITO! FEARLESS 4! JONNY D. MASTERDON & DEF COMMITTEE! RAY ROLL ALWAYS FURIOUS 5 ROAD MNGR.! I 4 GOT 1OR 2 BUT THAT'S THE JIST OF IT. OH MEAN MACHINE 1st bilingual RAP RECORD!! MR. CHIC& PARTNER? JIMMY MAK WAS BLACK!! WE ALL MADE IT HIP-HOP!!!
Peace god. " Punks Jump up to get beat Down" Beat em down God, Beat em down.
Your not a guest lol remember your people were slaves but yet that has nothing to do with anyone who's alive now and u damn sure wasn't a slave
Lol. There was plenty Puerto Ricans in hip hop back then! They had the illest tags. They we're the illest break dancers. And b-boys,Those 3 things are hip hop. Don't get it twisted

No argument between GM Caz and Jamar – Caz said Jamar wasn't no guest. Why present it as an argument?

Amazing how Vlad has made ten hours of video off the white rappers are guests narative. Hey im white i like rap since 88 i dont give a fuck if im a guest in this or not.
most white people I know only like hip hop because of Eminem so they'll big him up like he's the GOAT but that's bullshit
white people made toilets so if a black person wants to shit thats cool but dont go decorating your toilet with gold seats or a fancy iced out flush button
We got direct lineage To Bambatta God Dammit…& Im Out!
CORRECTION: @ 4:13 into the video TONY TONE was not CAZ'S DJ. TONY TONE provided some equipment. CAZ'S, first DJ was a Puerto Rican cat by the name of DJ DISCO WIZ and the second DJ was introduced to CAZ at a THEODORE ROOSEVELT HS dance (in the Bronx 1976). The party was a DJ battle GRANDMASTER CAZ, against TOM (Ruben Rivera) & JERRY (TONY RIVERA not related) Two PUERTO RICAN's from the BRONX not playing bongos, not drinking nor playing dominos!!! ( stereotypical ). My brother was DJ TOM. The school's Boys & Girls gyms were two huge rooms. CAZ, had the Girls & TOM & JERRY had the boys gym. When the smoke settled, the Boys gym was filled all the way to the back & the girls Gyms had very few people. It wasn't because CAZ was no good, It was because my brother was working for MOTOROLA and had one of the best DJ mobile sound systems (next to DJ BRAKE OUT). At the time I had CAZ, in my art class & he would always show me in a composition book with his RAP lyrics. At the time he was writing the lyrics to the biggest rap song ever made RAPPERS DELIGHT. I went over to CAZ & invited him over to the TOM & JERRY side and that's when CAZ met his second DJ by the name of DJ CHARLEY CHASE (CARLOS MENDEZ) a PUERTO RICAN from the BRONX. TOM & JERRY after playing in most of the high schools in New York trip-state area, colleges, boat rides, school senior trips & dances, broke up & my brother created THE COLD CRUCH BROTHERS. As you may know one of the MC's is still CAZ…
…TELL THE STORY LIKE IT REALY HAPPENED & DON'T CUT CORNERS…
I don't have a blog, I only have lots of stories that I witnessed. So when I hear incorrect things on RAP it gets me upset then I got to expose the truth.
I don't wash with soap and water like many people do that weren't even there or was and cut corners…
new york mofos too uppity. these dudes act like they invented music. when hip hop all about biting. ie. break beats
H.I.P. H.O.P. reason I don't consider em hip hop is because he doesn't have the conscious message. tha shit he talks about would never be accepted in the black community, that's why no one bumps d12. ok for a white guy to say that crazy shit, but black dudes, just not making it
Don't know how happy you are about "Direct lineage to bambaataa" nowadays. But PEACE TO THE GOD, LORD J !!!!!!!!
