I hate how i relate ti the addiction right now im comming down off meth that hit my city like a plague something i fell Ill to. I been on a drinking binge relapsed from meth. I was like pookey in new jack lastnite pillows covered in sweat mind thinking ima die.over dosed a couple times Couldn't eat to help flush my system cause i got surgery after my last stabbing (wasn't the first) and i got a kid to look out for in only 20. I hate how I cant fight this to stay around lastnite was the worst i…i need help.. .

If you're gonna fuck around with opiates that'll ruin your life, don't do it with a stupid ass drug combo like Promethazine & Codeine, especially when Money isn't an option. There are tons of real opiates like Dilaudid & Fentanyl that will get you broke or dead a helluvalot quicker.

Wayne was never the "best rapper alive" in my opinion, but I did used to be a fan. Liked his unique voice and was big on Cash Money joints back in the day. But he's most definitely slippin in a big way. Nowadays I don't even check anything he drops cause I already know I won't like it. Sad to see. But until he's had enough, it is what it is. Side note: I thought it was the promethazine that caused seizures, not codeine? I've done mad codeine and the only seizure I ever had was when I quit drinking years ago. But idk. Could be wrong. We addicts are some lyin ass individuals when we are usin. Very thankful to be sober. It's a daily struggle. Sometimes it's second by second, minute by minute. But it's always with it. Hopefully one day he'll realize as much. 2 years after this vid and it doesn't seem he has yet.
