It's like playing with Lincoln Logs that were made in China. Everyone is off in some way.
Kleeman you are"we-todd-id"
It's Dirt Perfect not Downspout Perfect
When your hungry even stale chips will work!
It settled over night.
Captain Kleeman’s Rake-O-Vision didn’t pan out but nice video. I wish I was closer to you I would almost work for Dr Peppers and Canadian bacon pizzas just to work with a crew like that again. Makes the days better when you can have fun while getting the jobs done.
Where did you all’s pet go lol
?????????? Enjoyed!
I drove a Concrete mixer for one winter in 08 . I used to set up the molds and bend the rebar for those. After a while the molds get really dirty And banged up . It’s the part of the job that nobody really cares about Because it’s usually hot junk mix And a lot of them are Half poors Or somebody forgot to use the vibrator. So they’re Honeycone
Hey, Mike, nice job. One question: why not put some mortar on top of the blocks around the outside edges? That way, all your gaps would disappear when you placed each block.
I have no idea why I love the retaining wall vijas! ?♀️ makes everything so uniform maybe i have a little OCD. Next property i own is going to require a retaining wall somewhere just because ?
What type of savings, for you in your area is it to do a wall like this vs Versalok or something like it? Obviously just a round about answer. This is something I will be having to get done next year due to some ground erosion of where my pole building is.
Awesome work! Just imagine if you had Tater helping you in that tight spot!
Yes, it is time for y'all to be on HGTV,DIY,!!! Or just keep youtube .. great video!
Kudo's to you guys having fun on the job. Makes the day sooo much better.
Leaf blower v’s Stone= Farting against thunder ??
What made you go for galvanized washers rather than a small bucket or mortar and a continuous shim?
I can't believe the number of comments on turning the block 180 degrees to plumb/level them. Do these people actually watch the video? Can't they see how the ends are made to fit together one way? Geeez.
?
The camera mounted on the rake was something else. Too bad you two never have any fun. 🙂
Why didn't you just put more dirt under your tracks, lifting your Volvo?
Captain is a pretty funny!!
Both you make it fun to watch
That block not been vibrated ?
Been there done it ?
Sometimes we all have to backtrack to get things just rite!
when does a washer become a shim when ur in a bind haha been there done that good job keep em cumin
What's quicker, Mr. Millennial running from a Skunk or Captain running to recover the dropped camera?
Working with Mike, Aaron, Matt, Captain just sounds like a recipe for DEBAUCHERY AT WORK. lol.
Hey tell those people that called you a rookie for scratching your counter weight to come use excavator to hook tat chain up without touching it.
Just curious. Did the Captain bring a pocket full of washers with him?
Mr ,dp can you not mix up a bucket of mortar mix to add to your shims on your block walling it would add to security of the wall and look Mutch nicer in end satisfaction Andy uk
How about rotating the blocks 180 for layer 2 and 4, while keeping layer 1 and 3 normal? This should even out the height differences. Or am I missing something?
Great video Mike!
That video is the perfect example of why it takes the time and money to get the job done it's never as simple as it looks before you start the work ??
I wonder if galvanized brick ties would work as shims, I’m thinking if you’re going to put a veneer of brick or stone on anyway?
