Anyway , I personally think the majority of your work is manageable , the impossibles one are either because the original tempo is too fast (I'm looking at you Re:ZERO OP) or you just seriously decide to go nuts about it 😛 (I.E. Kabaneri OP )

But the answer is : YES , especially the soundtrack sheets , since it is very chill , easy , and just enjoyable to learn (same with most people I believe , since not everyone enjoy torturing themselves trying to play Animenz pieces all the time like myself xD )
