I didn't know 50 said that shit! I live 30 minutes from New Orleans. I was on the bad side of Katrina. The government fucked us all around. Even Mississippi. Everywhere you went, there was either dead bodies or body parts. My cousin had a seizure during Katrina. They told us to put her body in the road and cover it the best we can. I thought my father was dead for a couple weeks. Mostly all of the houses on my block were washed away. My family and neighbors in their attics an inch from drowning or holding on to their roofs for 8 fucking hours!! My father helped get our neighbors bodies out of their homes. My mother wanted to commit suicide. They just paid off their home. I could go on and on. Praying for everyone that Katrina has affected and to the people that Katrina still affects, my love and prayers are with you!! If you didn't lose someone, lose all of your belongings, got displaced, if you weren't here to experience Katrina, STFU!!!! FEMA changed their policies because of the slow response to helping victims of Katrina. I bet if folks talk about Sandy and the East coast it would be all positive…smdh…. but since we live in the south, no one gives a fuck. Bih please!
