He mentioned how you put all the scratches and dings on your guitar except that one the drunk girl did when she knocked it over. I wonder how he reacted when it happened.
Now i know why i kinda dislike the modern pop thx sammyg
Carroway seeds ruin any food they are in.
Oh, I hate f***ing caraway seeds. Glad I'm not the only one.
Drunk girl knocked over your guitar…….I was at a local bar a couple years ago and the band was still setting up when a drunk chick knocked over a guitar breaking the headstock. Turns out that it was the ONLY guitar the guy had, so the show ended before it even began. They just loaded their gear back up and left while we all got to listen to the radio for the rest of the night.
+ The cosmos radiates a rhythm that comes from the "event horizon" witch is the explosive energy from the 14.5 billion year old continuation of the big bang.O.k this occurrence causes a vibrating, electromagnetic rhythm trough all time & space.music is when people access a chemical emission from the core of our brains cAlled : hippopotamus…hippocampus i mean.by using elementary substance from the environment, like copper, brass, woods, ivory ect.we grab this rhythm from the cosmic sphere, and make:music. So yeah, i would postulate that ….wel that no music thing is not possible.
7:49 I'm mostly a bassist, but I have a $900 4 string MTD, and a (used) $120 Ibanez(among several other basses). I play the Ibanez more than any of the rest. It's about sound and feel. Don't get me wrong, I love my MTD lol.
5:16 I feel that completely! I HATE caraway seeds lol.
Do you do your eyebrows or they're naturally "samuraist"?
Green day
The like-dislike ratio tho
4:37 holy shit, I can't explain how funny that was
i got a Floyd Rose and have regretted it ever since. same model as the guitar I've had for over a decade, but i rarely use the action of the Floyd Rose so end up spending a lot of time when i restring it and calibrate the sound. I got 2 wood bricks in there just to keep it in tune and not spend. Tuning them can take hours even for experienced people, strings stretch as u tune them. Unless you plan on using a Floyd Rose in your music regularly, don't invest in one as your primary instrument. Seriously considering selling this guitar and just shipping my old guitar from NC (currently in CA) with a private trusted transport company.
Beep in the basement?
A world without music: ISIS.
Totally concur on those horrible pop music trends, especially the weird closed hi-hat flams (or as Rick Beato likes to call them, "cicada hats"). They wouldn't bother me as much if they weren't always so goddamn loud, but routinely they seem to be shoved at the forefront of the mix as though the entire industry just can't get over how "cool" they think it sounds. I couldn't imagine listening to music like this through headphones, I think I'd literally feel like there was a bug trying to burrow into my ear. Glad it's slowly dying off though. If I could be arsed to put the effort into such a thing, I'd like to produce my own pop hiphop song where, halfway through, the hi-hat gets stuck in 'cicada mode' and the rapper's just like "Hey yo, can you knock that shit off?"
3:10 like… Understandable
Music has also been used to wake coma patients. Prime example a mother reached out to motorhead to record a song just for him so he can wake up. They did and not long after the song played he did.
nice explanation of price vs. quality and the diminishing returns on higher priced guitars.
When I was looking to get my first guitar, the dude at the shop asked my budget. "$200"
"What style are you thinking?"
"NOT a Strat." He then showed me an Epiphone SG; tried it, liked it. 20 years later, it's still the only guitar I own. I play it live and in-studio fairly regularly. The sad thing is, it plays better than most Gibsons I tried.
Do horrible trends in metal
I see a Gretsch in the Background – I give a thumbs up. That's how that works. Would love to see you rocking it out!
Just realized i hadn’t subbed to sammy g yet… problem solved
1:05 The chad music ape vs the virgin non-music ape
“Doo-dah doo-dah doo-dah”
*adam Neely intensifies*
666th comment, nice ig
I think for the low vocals is because it’s easier to sound better. Voice doesn’t crack and all that stuff. Easier to hide how they can’t sing. All new music has that beat where the bass drum is always 1 2 3 4. Every song is really structured the same way. Everything sounds the same
"your guitar represents your personality" you're saying im empty inside. true, but still.
If you hate caraway, stay away from Thuringia
I'm not a fan of the rapid hi-hats either
OMG lol! Caraway seeds suck lol. Totally agree there
reggaeton beats everywhere. EVERYWHERE. just no.
4:00
You’re just describing a rick roll with the “16th followed by a dotted 8th” lol
I told my grandpa that I want to be in a band and that I would date later he thought I was joking still living in the 1920s
