The Bible strictly forbids trying to talk to the dead and using mediums because it's not your relative you're talking to, it's a demon who has access to your relative's past history and that's how they can give you information that only you know (and deceive you). demons do this because they wan't you to think that you can live a "normal" life and make it to heaven, but that's a lie (everyone is headed to hell by default according to the Bible, to pay for their sins). demons don't want you turning to Jesus for forgiveness (and going to heaven), they want you to end up in hell with them. Don't be deceived!
If you want to go to heaven, you need to repent (confess and turn from your sins), turn to Jesus and ask Him to cleanse you and save your from your sins, and forgive everyone who's ever sinned against you. Jesus taught few would make it to heaven, and it's because few are willing to do this.
