Other than greta van fleet where are those kids? They're all making shite rap songs. Kids cant be bothered to learn an instrument or write anything of substance these days. Its fucking depressing. I do however believe somewhere in the world they exist and its gonna take a damn miracle for them to get exposure but its gotta happen eventually. This shit pop and rap is so stale its unbelievable.

Appetite was released WITH a video. Welcome/Jungle was played regularly during MTV's heavy metal hour from the moment the album was released (video made 2 months after the album came out)
Record company didn't promote it for a full year!
Sweet Child/Mine came out a year after the albums release. THIS is when sales exploded and they became a household name. aka, headliners.
And Conservatism had nothing to do with Geffen's Presidents decision to hate on GnR, this is the first sign about how off-base this video is. GnR was hardly the most decadent band signed to Geffen….jeeze.
Appetite still holds up 30+ years later. Like butter on my ears.
