Being present in the now is too macro as advice. I can shit better tips:
– don't care what anyone thinks
– say what you are really thinking
– never answer a question with a straight answer, answer with something ridiculous first
– ask ridiculous questions
– be a curious explorer seeking mischief
Advices? Â Well Noah. Â It's all good advice but sooo shallow. Â I expected better researched more specific and definitely more elaboration and weight to the topic. Â More videos does not translate into better videos. Â The quality is in the details.

Could you make a video for conversational topics to talk to people, party or social gathering.
I am a very quiet person and I rarely have nothing to say in a social gathering or to any one during a conversation except basic stuff like name, age, work, education, hobbies, interests, movies, music. How can i take a conversation to the NEXT LEVEL.
I'd like to make a person feel good talking to me rather than floating amongst people. I'd like to enjoy conversation.
