Now. Anyone who has fought in Iraq(which i did for 4 years) knows that "Chiraq" is nowhere near like Iraq. Places like Ramadi, Fallujah, Tikrit, Baqubah, the Triangle of Death(South of Baghdad), Mosul, Balad, Al Qaim, and one of the biggest hoods in the world Sadr City. This is a joke. I didn't see not one bombed out house. People walking around as if no suicide bomber won't pick the place you are at today. I saw an entire block get laid out from one garbage truck load with explosives. The shear terror is unexplainable there.
