Listening to this in my office this morning. Unable to focus but the music is calming and makes me feel like I'm not completely alone. Been having a down couple of weeks; outside of work, I feel like I have very little to do in ways of fun or feeling connected to anyone. The pandemic is the biggest source of these bad feelings, and I know it will pass someday but it still feels difficult. I keep having phantom smells due to recovering from COVID months ago. I'm trying hard to focus and be productive but the motivation is completely gone so I'm dragging. Again, this music helps, and that is something important.
