I am glad these two Dr's are willing to tell patients the truth! If the patient is not willing to take their advice, then it is that person's responsibility to deal with their choices. It is incredibly unwise to ignore the truth of what can, and likely will, happen! Do not be that unintelligent, please!

FYI Noses are usually quite swollen after surgery. There’s a certain amount of scar tissue, I can’t remember the exact medical term for it. It takes a few months to subside although it can take up to a year to settle down completely for some people. It’s possible that they showed the woman not too longer after surgery and that’s why it doesn’t look that “good”.

I wonder why that one lady wanted everything bigger. Most women want everything smaller when they go in for plastic surgery except for their breasts. Those they always want bigger.
