THIS RIGHT HERE….was wonderful! Me and my 60 year old self was able to learn the routines easier for some reason. I love Trap Cardio. Sharonda and the smaller class, made it easier to learn the moves without confusion. Now, I can conquer the larger classes.
I command these women for the work they are doing keep at it. Great to see this. I'm a PT so seeing this uplifts me.

I’m done had high hopes for this Chanel when I came upon it. Please present as if your encouraging lifestyle change. Everyone looks tired and the instructor NO you don’t get a pass. This video is seriously tired looking I would not want to join your class. Note! Sell your business black people in a upbeat way. This video is definitely not encouraging. ?
