The Simpsons Guy was the best episode ever! I gotta say, this was awesome.

Another moment where family Guy made fun of The Simpsons was when Peter got drunk at the Clam (again,) and claimed all his best moments happened there. These included Maggie's first word, Bart jumping a canyon on his skateboard, and Mr. Plow.

The joke is that "The Simpsons Guy" I think was a way to rib the Simpsons BUT if u look at it… It actually was a plan that backfired as basically in a fture episode the Griffins said something about the fact they crossed over with the Simpsons and refused to do anymore cause the newspapers basically made backhanded statements that gave "more ink" to the Simpsons such as "Simpsons degrade themselves (because of them doing a crossover with Family Guy)"
Every FG character came out as more problematic than the Simpsons members… maybe Lois and Brian are exempt

My favorite one is probably Tracy Ullman family guy, you can tell they did it out of genuine love for the simpsons and it was just a hilarious gag all together

Number 2, was a very early episode of Family Guy before they even made any Simpsons references.

I prefer the Simpsons but I like Family Guy too. Would we dare to say that American Dad is sort of a rip off of both shows too or no? How about Bob's Burgers where do they fit in? I really loved the cross over episode. I remember thinking how cool it would be for that to happen and it did! I still don't know who's more stupid Homer or Peter?

Life on earth will be horrific.
